The documented terms & conditions govern the use of this website and provisions of maidpost.com services, acceptance of which constitutes a legally binding contract. This Agreement (“Agreement”) is hereby entered into between you and a user of maidpost.com (herein the terms you/your/ user refer to all individuals and/or entities using this website for any purpose) and is made effective as of the date of electronic execution. By using the maidpost.com website, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions stated in this agreement.

  1. Services

Our services are subject to the creation of an account in our website:

1.1 Guardians (who could be parents, pet owners, home owners, tenants, guardian and /or babysitters) are hereby permitted to access the website for the limited purpose of reviewing certain job posting information posted by and/or uploaded on the website by person/s seeking employment as a provider of housekeeping services, cook services or personal assistant services and/or for the limited purpose of sending and receiving communications from persons relating to such services;

    1. Maids, job seekers, babysitters, housekeepers, and /or personal assistants (collectively referred to as "Job Seekers") are hereby permitted to access the website for the limited purpose of posting and/or uploading certain job posting information related to employment as a provider of maid services, cook services, and/or personal assistant services, for the limited purpose of sending and receiving communications to and from a Guardian relating to such services.

  1. Maidpost (maidpost.com) shall not be liable, in any way, to a Guardian, Job Seeker or any other third person, arising, either directly or indirectly from such employment or independent contractor agreement.

  2. We charge a nominal fee from the client (guardian) looking to hire a service/s. The amount paid to us at the time of joining shall be considered the recruitment charges/service charges of finding a maid for you. The salary of the maid starts from the day he or she starts working and needs to be paid on a monthly basis directly to the maid.

  3. We at maidpost.com, does not verify, review, evaluate, interview, screen, or perform any background checks on Guardians or Job Seekers or on any Content (as defined herein) posted to the Site by any person. There are risks, including but not limited to risk of physical harm of dealing with a Guardian, Job Seeker or any other person contacted through the Site. We advise you (Guardians & Job seekers) to perform background check, interview, reference & other precautionary checks.

  4. Creating a membership account is mandatory as it helps to access certain information of the user (Guardian and/or Job Seeker). To create an account, you need to fill the information fields with the right information. Also, with creating an account on maidpost.com,, you acknowledge and agree that maidpost.com holds all right, in its sole discretion, to refuse to establish an account or cancel or suspend accounts, if the site reasonably believes that site/service may be misused by you or any third party who has obtained access to the Site or Services through your Account.

  5. By continuing to visit & access this Site, you acknowledge & agree not to use this site for any other purpose except to mention here explicitly for any commercial use. For any other use, you need to have a prior written authorization of maidpost.com.

  6. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless maidpost.com (and its affiliates, employees, officers, directors, consultants, agents and other representatives) from all claims, losses, damages, costs and expenses (including, but not limited to legal expenses and any other cost & expenses) incurred by maidpost.com arising out of any breach by you of any provision of these terms and conditions or otherwise, as mentioned below:

  1. Disclaimer of All Warranties: Maidpost (maidpost.com) doesn’t warrant/ promise or hold that the maid/s services will meet the client’s expectations or requirement. The site will connect & provide opportunity (to Guardian & Jobseeker) avail services. The User (Guardian & Job seeker) is suggested to perform all important exercises & precautions as suggested by maidpost.com or otherwise.
     

  2. Conduct and Content: You understand & agrees that all information, data, text, video, music, sound, photographs, graphics, messages or any other content ("Contents"), whether publicly posted by you to the Site or privately transmitted by you through the Site, is the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content is originated. You will be solely responsible for all Content that you upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available on or through the Site.

You agree to not use this Site to create, upload, post, or otherwise transmit any material or information which:

(a) is obscene, violent, scandalous, discriminatory or defamatory, including any discriminatory content based on gender, race, sexual orientation, religious affiliation, disability, ethnicity, or family status;
(b) contains viruses or any other destructive features,
(c) violates the personal, proprietary, or intellectual property rights of any third party, or
(d) in any other manner contravenes applicable statutes, laws, rules, orders, regulations, bylaws or other legal requirements.

10. Use of Third Party Internet Sites: Maidpost (maidpost.com) may contain links to the third party websites that are controlled by maidpost.com. These links are used only for users (Guardians & Job seekers) convenience. Any inclusion of link doesn’t imply that maidpost.com endorses or accepts any responsibility for the content or use of these websites.

Each Party acknowledges that it has read, understands this Agreement and agrees to be bound by its terms and conditions.
